When is the discount valid?

The discount is valid from April 26th, 10:00 till April 28th, both online and in our stores.

Please note: our stores are only open on Friday April 26th!

Can I use the discount in your stores?

Yes, the discount is also valid in our stores. Please note: Our stores will only be open on Friday, April 26th.

Is my order ready for same-day pick-up?

Due to the large volume of orders, it is not possible to collect an order on the same day. We will, however, start working on your order as soon as possible. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up, and we ask you kindly to wait for this email before you come to our store.

Can I pick up my order at the Nieuwe Binnenweg flagship store?

Pick-ups are exclusively available at our 'Store & Office' location at Oostzeedijk 108.

You will be notified via email once your order is prepared. Due to the high volume of orders, this process may take longer than usual. Kindly await this email confirmation before visiting our store.

I placed multiple orders. Can they be shipped together? 

We process orders on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, we sadly cannot merge orders.

When will you ship my order?

All orders will be processed as fast as possible. Due to the large volume of orders, there will probably be a slight delay. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with your track and trace number.

Can I return sale items? 

Yes, you can. Our standard return policy applies to all sale orders: return within 14 days, with proof of purchase, provided the items are unused and intact with the labels attached. You can return the items either in-store or via shipment. Check our regular FAQ for more information about returns.

Can I exchange items?

Exchanges are exclusively possible in our stores within 14 days, with proof of purchase, provided the items are unused and intact with the labels attached.

It is not possible to exchange items via post. Should you wish to receive a different item, kindly proceed with placing a new order and return the original item to us. Please note for sale items: the discount will expire upon return.

Will you be restocking 'sold out' items?

We have no more stock! This is it!

Can I use the discount in combination with other discounts? 

It is not possible to combine discounts. (i.e. our newsletter discount).

Can I use my gift card to pay for my order? 

Yes, you can use your gift card to pay for an order with sale items. You can enter the gift card code at the checkout. If you return your order, you will receive the amount on a new gift card.

Can I use my physical gift card for an online order? 

It is not possible to use a physical gift card online. You can only use physical gift cards in one of our SUSAN BIJL stores.

I can't place an order!
